Divorce and Matrimonial

Post-Divorce Enforcement or Modification of Custody, Vistiation and Support

The divorce process often does not necessarily forever end when the divorce court proceedings are initially complete, especially when there are children involved. Life is always changing and circumstances sometimes change such that applications to modify past Orders may be appropriate. One party also may have failed to comply with their obligations under an Agreement or may have violated a final Order related to the enforcement of child custody, visitation, and support such that the other party is compelled to bring the matter back to a Judge to seek that those obligations be met.
