Fee Structure
Fersch Petitti LLC’s fees are charged on a sliding scale according to the client’s income and the individual attorney’s experience and expertise. The lowest hourly rate for Family Court is $75 per hour and the highest rate is $400 per hour. For Supreme Court cases, the lowest hourly rate is $100 per hour and the highest is $500 per hour. A normal retainer is 15 hours in a contested Family Court case and 25 hours in a contested Matrimonial case. Hourly rates for post-judgment Supreme Court cases range from $250 to $500 per hour.
