Danielle R. Petitti Danielle R. Petitti graduated from the College of Charleston in May 2002 and from New York Law School in May 2005. Ms. Petitti started her legal career at the Patricia Ann Fersch Family Law Center, the precursor of Fersch Petitti LLC, as a summer intern and continued after graduation as an associate. In December 2010, Ms. Petitti was named partner and Fersch Petitti LLC was formed in January 2011.

Ms. Petitti practices in the Family, Supreme and Integrated Domestic Violence (IDV) Courts of all five boroughs in New York City as well as Westchester, Suffolk and Nassau counties. Ms. Petitti is an aggressive yet professional advocate who has successfully handled hundreds of Family Court and Matrimonial cases. Ms. Petitti has litigated and negotiated a wide variety of Family Law issues, including cases involving annulments, exclusive occupancy of the marital residence, equitable distribution of marital property and spousal maintenance, paternity, child support (including imputation of income and discovery of undisclosed assets and income), child custody and visitation (including grandparent custody/visitation and relocation) and family offense/order of protection matters.

Ms. Petitti was admitted to practice in New York on January 9, 2006. She is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association and the Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee, and of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
